💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GlobalNZ, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all payment-related matters. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Language Courses

All language courses offered by GlobalNZ are digital services.

  • Once access to course content is granted, no refunds will be issued

  • This is due to the immediate and irreversible access provided to digital materials

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

2. One-to-One Consultation Sessions

Refunds for consultation sessions are subject to the following conditions:

Refund Eligible

  • Cancellation request made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time

Refund Not Eligible

  • Missed sessions (no-shows)

  • Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the session

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • One reschedule request is allowed per session

  • Requests must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank policies

  • Typical processing time is 5–7 business days

5. Refund Abuse & Fraud Prevention

GlobalNZ reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Suspected misuse or abuse of services

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
