💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GlobalNZ, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all payment-related matters. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Language Courses
All language courses offered by GlobalNZ are digital services.
Once access to course content is granted, no refunds will be issued
This is due to the immediate and irreversible access provided to digital materials
By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
2. One-to-One Consultation Sessions
Refunds for consultation sessions are subject to the following conditions:
Refund Eligible
Cancellation request made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time
Refund Not Eligible
Missed sessions (no-shows)
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the session
3. Rescheduling Policy
One reschedule request is allowed per session
Requests must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance
Rescheduling is subject to availability
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
Refund processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank policies
Typical processing time is 5–7 business days
5. Refund Abuse & Fraud Prevention
GlobalNZ reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
Repeated refund requests
Suspected misuse or abuse of services
Violation of our Terms & Conditions
